PRACTICAL RECORDING

Learn what really counts on the session. Using your ear, gear, and working with the drums themselves, the player and the space.

HANDS ON LEARNING

Participate in hands-on recording designed to reinforce the techniques discussed. Placing microphones, hitting drums, getting levels.

DRUM PRODUCTION

Performance and the sound of the drum itself is more than half the battle when it comes to recording drums. Get some insight on what to listen for and how to get there.
